Glass Bottles
We finished the fruity Cider we bought a couple of weeks ago. I washed and kept the bottles for awhile thinking I’ll find some use for it soon as the bottles are really quite pretty. Alas, today in the midst of spring cleaning, I threw them out only to regret now! While browsing Etsy on ideas to recycle, I came across recycled bottles as drinking glasses.
Brothers Cider - Bitter Apple, Pear, Tutti Fruitti and my all time favourite, Toffee Apple
The next batch of bottles I have, I’ll take a leaf out of Etsy and recycle them into funky glasses for the house! They’ll make a fine addition to my kitchen!
Sanded edges makes it safe to use.

The words that pop out
You know the feeling when you read something and the words just pop out at you and you go “I can so relate to that.”
Well I’ve been relishing pouring through my Monocle for July/Aug and reading some tweets when these phrases pop out.
“We are a stoic bunch and the team is the gutsy epicentre of the company’s verve.”
